The captain who helped Ichigo was Unohana (4th).. The one who brought Ichigo to Aizen. If that's what the person meant.

It WAS good but the title of master troller still goes to Kishimoto since his entire manga for the last 100 chapters has pretty much just been trolling wheras Bleach only has the occasional wtf moment
