Rules:
1) no spamming here.
2) names of participants won't be mentioned at all throughout the entire tournament, after the finals i'll make a thread with who participated and the battle order etc with hyperlinks to each battle.
3) if you know who made which entry, don't say anything!
4) render/stock used as the focal of the pieces have been posted alongside the entries to make voting easier, please have a look at them.
5) participants may not vote in their battle thread.
6) state a clear reason for voting, u can say stuff like 'i like the colours' or 'great flow/depth/blending' etc etc, but i don't want to hear bs like 'ohh its naruto! , i vote for sig A cuz he's my fave char ', if i see that then the vote will just be ignored, i want atleast one solid line of reasoning for your vote
7) voting will be open for 2 days, vote away!

Voted for A. This was very veeeeery hard for me to decide. I like both of them equally. I like A for its clean and stylish look+good text and i like B for its powerfull and vibrant style, they are not perfect but good nonetheless. I would wear both of them with pride, and thats saying something^^

Woooo, This is hard for me to decide. Both are fantastic. But I vote for B because I like the effects and the colors.

Very hard to decide here, well done to both our contestants! Went with B the text and effects barely put it over A for me. A is amazing and had me going back and forth, great color work and feel, just lean slightly more to B for reasons listed. Again great job to both!

Even though it's messy... But i like the colors and the effects. Just looks more bbetr and ya more powerful.

Since when is that a rule? O.o magic didn't change the rule in the first post. and there he states that you can say "because of the colours". So why not?

he's just saying to elaborate, since most of you guys have said the exact same thing, try explain it more i guess, since this is the semi's after all i'd prefer if the votes were more detailed since i'm gunna personally count these afterwards n get a few gfx j members to help and then see which ones are considered invalid n wot not

B was great too... but it's too messy and text stands out too much... other than that it looks great...

Both are nice, but my vote goes to enrty B, I like very much the effects and the combination of colors really look good and fit with the render, also nice work with the text.

Entry A is not bad as I said before but is kind of empty.

Entry B is the one I like the most.
