To see the extensions of the files (you know the .exe,.txt etc) go to control panel, folder options, view and then uncheck HIDE EXTENSIONS....

to run malware bytes navigate to your C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware folder and locate the mbam.exe in there:
rename it to mbam.com
Now doubleclick mbam.com to launch Malwarebytes' Anti-malware.

* Click the "Update" tab and click the "Check For updates" button.
* Once the program has loaded and updates were downloaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart, so please allow MBAM to restart.

assuming your internet is not down from your provider.

you could try booting in safe mode with netoworking again.

I lost track of you, I forgot to tell you to scan your computer with malware bytes and then to clean the infections. If you want services to go back to normal click start>run>type MSCONFIG, and select NORMAL STARTUP.

japanese almost has the same characters as chinese but thing is that its a sound instead of a word >.>
i think ima start learning japanese and i wont have to wait for subs when i watch anime xD
