Very true. I think taking it slow and really absorbing all the info is the right way to read it though, as it's easy to fall into the trap of reading something for the sake of reading it and not really understanding what it's trying to say. I really must get myself a copy of Mao's little red book at some point as well, just to get some varying perspectives^^

About the manifesto. I have read many parts of it over the years but I have yet to sit down and read it cover to cover. It gets very detailed and I'm usually pretty busy with uni work so I have to read lots of books all the time and I haven't had the chance to really sit down and get into it.
